The licence
Paying gets you a personal, non-exclusive licence to use Sachet on up to 3 Macs you control, for as long as you like, including every future update. It is one payment. There is no subscription and nothing to cancel.
You may not resell the key, publish it, or share it outside those machines. A key found in public gets retired, and anyone who paid for it gets a new one.
The trial
Sachet runs unrestricted for 72 hours without a licence, without an account, and without a card. When it expires the app stops holding files for you; nothing already on your disk is affected.
Refunds
Ask within 14 days of buying and you get your money back, no reason required. Write from the address you paid with. Refunding retires the licence.
If you are in the EU or the UK, this sits on top of your statutory right of withdrawal rather than replacing it.
Updates and availability
Updates are delivered through the app and are covered by the same licence. They are offered for as long as the app is maintained, which is a promise about intent, not a contract for a fixed number of years.
The app is signed and notarised by Apple and is verified cryptographically before any update installs, so a compromised download host cannot push you something that is not from us.
What is not promised
Sachet is provided as it is. It holds references to files you put in it; it does not move, edit or back up your data, and it is not a place to keep the only copy of anything. To the extent the law allows, liability is limited to what you paid, which is $4.
Ending it
You can stop using the app at any time by dragging it to the Trash. The licence ends if it is shared publicly or used in a way these terms rule out.
